Cleared Colorado is an independent job-discovery service for people looking for Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI roles at real Colorado workplaces. We narrow broad employer career sites into a focused directory, show the source details we can verify, and send every application back to the employer.
What earns a place in the directory
We use the same publication standard across employers. A recognizable company name or defense-related job title is not enough on its own; the employer's public posting has to provide the evidence below.
Named Colorado workplaces
A role must identify at least one specific Colorado workplace. A generic nationwide or remote-only posting does not qualify.
Explicit clearance evidence
The source must state a Secret-or-higher requirement and whether that clearance must already be active or may be obtainable.
From source to listing
How listings stay useful
Cleared Colorado is operated and published by Sean Flading as a Next Spot product. Questions about the site, its listings, or the Cleared Colorado ChatGPT app can be sent through the contact page. Its job directory is built from approved, company-owned sources and maintained around evidence from those sources—not applicant profiles or recruiter submissions.
Approve the source
We confirm that a careers source belongs to the employer and can be checked reliably.
Apply the publication standard
Only reachable postings with a named Colorado workplace and an explicit qualifying clearance requirement publish.
Preserve the employer evidence
We show source-backed title, workplace, clearance, salary text, and work mode when the employer provides them, with a direct link to the posting.
Check for changes
Approved sources are reviewed on a recurring schedule. Listings are updated, removed after confirmed closure or repeated healthy omission, and restored under the same identity if they reappear.
Our editorial boundaries
The employer posting remains the source of truth. We do not infer a clearance from a title, workplace, contract, or industry, and we do not represent that a listing guarantees eligibility, sponsorship, access, an interview, or an offer.
Cleared Colorado is not an applicant tracking system, staffing marketplace, employer of record, clearance-verification service, or government agency. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by a listed employer unless explicitly stated.
Privacy by design
You apply on the employer's site. We do not collect resumes, applications, clearance proof, Social Security numbers, birth dates, classified information, or sensitive employment documents.
Accountless job alerts use an email address and the search preferences you choose. Our Privacy Policy explains data use, advanced-consent analytics, optional analytics cookies, retention, and unsubscribe controls in detail.
Corrections and accountability
See something we should review?
Employer pages change often. Report a broken apply link, closed role, incorrect workplace, listing detail, privacy question, or missing direct-employer source. We use those reports to review public information and improve coverage.
