Basic requirements
• Please list your current security clearance and IAT or relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree (preferred) in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or a PhD in a related discipline with 4 years of relevant work experience • Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start • Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to adapt in a highly dynamic environment • Proven leadership experience in full life cycle development of large, integrated DoD systems, including requirements development and interpretation, design, implementation, testing, fielding, and maintenance • Candidate must have proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner • Must have proven experience in identifying customer needs and prioritizing their requirements • Experience and understanding of Earned Value Management within a software development environment • Knowledge of common software development and management tools, including Maven , Git/GitLab , Nexus , and Eclipse • Experience in Agile development methodologies • Understanding standard systems engineering design artifacts, including Use Cases , Requirements , and SysML diagrams
