Basic requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience • Certified Expertise: Industry certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or PMI-ACP, demonstrating your dedication to Agile methodologies. • Proven Agile Fluency: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). • Technical Acumen: Experience developing object-oriented software using C++ and Java, as well as knowledge of DevSecOps methods, microservices, and containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka). • Metrics Mindset: Expertise in leveraging data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements, without weaponizing metrics against the team. • An active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. An active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance that can be crossed over to a TS/SCI security clearance is also acceptable. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
