Basic requirements

• Must have a High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of Facilities experience • Will also consider: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of Facilities experience • Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of Facilities experience • At least 5 years of experience successfully managing and leading teams • Experience developing and administering budgets and standards of performance • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and project teams • Availability to handle off-hours emergencies and holiday work • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) • Must hold an active Top Secret clearance • The ability to work on-site in Boulder, CO
