Basic requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance required at time of application • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD • Previous experience in developing training material IAW Instructional System Design Processes, or similar construct • On-Console Command and Control Satellite Operations experience • Professional and comfortable presentation skills in front of an audience, demonstrating command of the Space Vehicle material • Ground System anomaly troubleshooting and resolution experience • Agile Development Processes experience • Project Management and Scheduling experience • Commanding knowledge and experience in Space Vehicle Health and Safety • Satellite simulator and ground system experience • Experience w/MS Office Suite products • Team Leadership Skills • Occasional travel may be necessary
