Basic requirements

• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain US Government Secret security clearance, but not required to start. • Principal: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years with a Master's degree. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Sr. Principal: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Master's degree. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Experience with cost plus and firm fixed price contract vehicles • Material account earned value management experience • Labor account earned value management experience • Subcontract labor account earned value management experience • Experience with Agile methodologies and practices • Ability to develop and manage schedule tasks • Experience with integration of major subcontract schedules within prime integrated master schedule • Ability to use Microsoft Project • Experience creating Basis of Estimates and Proposals
