Basic requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 6 or more years related experience. • Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. • A current, active Top Secret security clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI. • Technical foundation in engineering, physics, math, computer science, or a related technical field. • Deep exposure to or experience with relevant DoW, IC, or other U.S. Government mission areas (e.g., space, air, sensing, comms, EW, ISR, missile defense, C2, etc.). • Demonstrated ability to perform mission analysis, operational decomposition, or early‑stage architecture work. • Ability to synthesize technical, operational, and strategic information into clear insights. • Excellent communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to mixed audiences. • Comfort working in an exploratory, iterative, and sometimes unstructured environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
