Basic requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience • Experience with implementing and aligning Lean, Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, frameworks, and tools • Familiarity with cloud-based environments, modern software development processes and practices • Demonstrates strong sense of urgency, ownership and operates in a collaborative manner • Possess requisite knowledge and expertise recognized in the professional community • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Exceptional leadership skills to coordinate collaboration across multiple engineering disciplines • Experience with widely successful Agile techniques, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, incremental delivery and the value of metrics • Ability to lead / manage tasks over a large group of engineers (100+) and coordinate issues/priorities across disciplines • Ability to manage, train and mentor junior engineers • An active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.
