Basic requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or another relevant discipline. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Intelligence, Defense, or Federal Civilian sectors. • Proven track record in leading cross-disciplinary business development and capture teams. • Extensive experience managing full-cycle capture activities including strategy development, resource allocation, and customer engagement. • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) alongside adherence to BAP process standards. • Excellent verbal communication skills, with prior experience in briefing executives and influencing decision makers. • Strong understanding of various contract and payment types (non-IDIQ, IDIQ – single or multiple awards, FFP, T&M, Cost Plus) as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). • Ability to lead both local and geographically dispersed teams and manage rapid reaction processes for government responses. • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance at the time of application.
