Basic requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, training, or certifications may substitute for degree). • US Citizen; Currently possesses an Active Secret Clearance. • Experience supporting large-scale technical, aerospace, defense, or government programs. • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing CM processes throughout the system development lifecycle. • Strong understanding of configuration identification, change control, status accounting, configuration audits, and technical baseline management. • Experience reviewing engineering documentation, technical data packages, software releases, hardware configurations, and design change requests. • Experience facilitating Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and managing engineering change processes. • Familiarity with CM standards such as EIA‑649, MIL‑HDBK‑61, and DoD CM practices. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess technical and operational impacts of proposed changes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
