Basic requirements
• BS/BA in relevant field plus 6 or more years related experience. • Each higher degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education to be considered for a substitution in experience. • Ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment, with a customer-focused approach, and an aptitude for continuous improvement in serving internal and external customers. • Demonstrated understanding and passion for Lean production concepts, complex problem resolution and supply chain initiatives. • Solid manufacturing background. • Demonstrated experience supporting, coaching, and developing team members. • Excellent diplomatic, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage and report status of projects within a project management discipline. • Ability to provide strategic contributions while successfully executing on tactical objectives.
