Basic requirements
• Active SECRET security clearance, with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET. • Must be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC). • Ability to travel to both CONUS and OCONUS sites, at least 50% of year. • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience • Preferred Additional Skills: • Experience with military Satellite systems monitoring and control systems equipment. • Experience with Satellite Configuration and Control Equipment (SCCE) systems software. • Understands the Instructional Systems Development / Systems Approach to Training (ISD/SAT) process and familiar with(MIL-HDBK-29612-2A) key requirements (ADDIE). • Possess excellent technical skills to understand and translate information into presentable instructional material • Understand ITAR policies and procedures. • In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state is $63,500-$117,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
