Basic requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, training, or certifications may substitute for degree). • US Citizen; Currently possesses an Active Secret Clearance. • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Open Plan. • Strong understanding of schedule development methodologies, critical path analysis, earned value management, schedule risk assessment, resource planning, and performance measurement techniques. • Experience supporting contractual deliverables, milestone tracking, and program performance reporting. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex scheduling challenges and develop effective solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present schedule analyses and recommendations to leadership, technical teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
